Oh my God, Metal Health!

I’m sure everyone remembers the Quiet Riot tune, Metal Health. Unfortunately for me today, I am remembering it over and over again.

I found myself walking around this morning singing the song in my head. At one point, when I came to my senses, I said “what the hell are you doing, stop that!”

Sadly it’s 12 hours later and I’ve still got it in my head. I feel like putting on a goalie mask and going to sit outside in the rain.

    It could be worse. My son is trying out for the school play. I kept finding myself singing songs from Bugsy Mallone all day. ;-)
